Subprocessors
The companies that process data for Telltale Bot on behalf of the websites that use it, and every change to this list.
Current list
- The Constant Company, LLC (Vultr): hosts our server, which receives, scores and stores the reports. Chicago, United States.
- BunnyWay d.o.o. (bunny.net): delivers the script from its CDN and runs our DNS, worldwide; stores our encrypted backups in New York, United States.
- Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend): sends emails about logins to our reports, and the scheduled email reports a website asks for, which carry its report data. United States.
IP address lookups (network operator, approximate location) run on our own server: no visitor IP is sent to another company for them. Our privacy page says what is collected and how long it is kept.
How we announce changes
We post a change here, in the log below and in the RSS feed, at least 30 days before a new subprocessor starts processing data for websites, except where a change has to happen sooner to keep the service secure or running; then we post it as soon as we can and say why. A website that objects to a new subprocessor can tell us at support@telltale.bot before it starts, and may stop using Telltale Bot. Removals are posted when they happen.
To hear about changes, add https://telltale.bot/subprocessors.xml to a feed reader, or ask us at support@telltale.bot to email you.
